NUTURING THE YOUTH TO ENSURE THEIR FUTURES

Imani House Benefit a Big Success!!

On Tuesday, November 6, 2007 twenty-three youth serving organizations, including IMANI HOUSE, culminated months of planning and work with A Celebration to Benefit New York City Kids! . Sponsored in collaboration with Youth I.N.C., the event was a reception/fundraiser starring the Original Dreamgirl, Jennifer Holliday. Ms. Holliday's performance was thrilling, the event was well attended and raised $42,444 towards IMANI HOUSE’s after school initiatives.  Thanks for all your support! See article in the Park Slope Courier for more details. We have also been selected by Youth, I.N.C. for 2008's Celebration and have set our goal this year at $75,000!
